Ranking settings

Create or edit a custom ranking

Start with season, buying score and launch date, or switch to flexible fields for other typed tags and metafields. Choose each source and turn unused fields off. Saved modes are shared with authorised users of this store. Saving changes the ranking only; it never changes Shopify.

Season field

Products with several matching tags use the first preferred season. An unset season follows known seasons.

Ordered priorities

Set 0 to leave a field out. Give each included field a different position; position 1 wins first.

Buying score

A newly selected metafield needs a fresh catalogue import and saved report before preview.

Launch date

This date ranks products only; it does not change New In’s launch history.

GA settings

Connect the correct store and property in GA connection. These settings control this store's GA review modes.

Sync Shopify

Sales use the selected dates. To update stock too, sync the catalogue first, then refresh sales to create a report using that stock observation.

Recorded costs do not cover every sale unless the source provides that evidence. Stock and sale status are catalogue observations. GA item evidence is separately labelled when available. These recommendations do not change Shopify.
